If your question is very complicated or requires additional research or collaboration, you will be advised of this and will be notified of further charges that may apply, in advance.

This is a once-off service, and once you purchase the service online, you will have only 7 days (from date of purchase) to submit all documentation to us to be checked (please do not send original documents!).
